Noble Energy Centers
When Noble Energy developed plans to bring two state-of-the-art, LEED-certified energy centers to Houston, Karsten came together to move the initiative forward. Team members provided services every step of the way, from the metal framing and drywall work required to help the project take shape, to construction on the building’s core, shell and interior, and finishing touches such as door assembly and specialty ceilings. Noble Energy Center 1, completed in 2013, features modern-day amenities such as on-site food options, an employee health club and the latest in technological infrastructure. Noble Energy Center 2, which reached completion in June of 2015, is connected to the first building via skybridge, and shares amenities with the first building. Although inclement weather presented obstacles throughout the second center’s build, the project was completed on-schedule, and without lost time accidents. Both structures meet U.S. Green Building Council standards.
