Karsten Interior Services Partners with ABC and OSHA

A recent partnership has Karsten Interior Services taking another step toward improving industry safety. The company was recently approved to join the ABC/OSHA Cooperative Safety Program.

The program, a joint effort between Associated Builders and Contractors and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, places Karsten among an elite group of companies dedicated to putting safety first. Throughout the endeavor, partners meet monthly with OSHA personnel to discuss best practices, the latest technologies and other ways to encourage a safe work environment. They are encouraged to then pass that information on to their teams.

Only 16 companies were approved for 2016.

Company President Dan Karsten attributed Karsten’s recognition to his dedicated team of workers who already make safety a priority.

“Creating a safe working environment is our company’s top focus. It always has been,” he said. “We view this new venture as a great way to stay on top of the latest developments and forge a real relationship with OSHA. It’s an incredible honor, and we look forward to the months ahead.”
